Version 3.2.134 Reports Update
Previous Topic  Next Topic

Design Module

This base reports update was released to add more report improvements and fixes to those already contained in the original .134 release.

FF&E Worksheet

Enhanced The "Schedule" reports have new options that allow more control over the detail that prints on them.

New There are also new versions of the "FF&E Schedule" format:

FF&E Schedule by Area, Room

FF&E Schedule by Type (Tag Group)

FF&E Schedule by Vendor, Type (Tag Group)

The second report (by Type) is similar to the existing "by Class, Tag Group" but functions as an alphabetical schedule by Tag. The "by Class" format now prints the class name along with the class ID.

Enhanced The "Object Location List" report now includes an option to  print thumbnail images, various levels of vendor detail  and to add the "Object Code" field.

Fixed On the "Illustration Sheet" formats, selecting the "Quantity only" option correctly suppressed the price amount, but did not hide the "Price:" label. This bug only occurred in the original reports for the .134 version.

Enhanced The "Pricing Detail by Area/Room," the "Quote/Contract Form by Area/Room" and the "Quote/Contract Form by Tag" reports now include an option to print thumbnail images. (The "Budget-based" version does not include images, since images may be incomplete or even misleading for a budget-based quote.)

Objects

New A new "Object Component Status Report" is identical to the "Specification Status List by Usage (Tag)" described below.

Specifications

New Two new reports have been added:

Specification List by Usage (Tag)

Specification Status List by Usage (Tag)

Each of these are new sort orders for the existing reports, displaying all specifications (used or not) grouped by the object(s) in which they are used. The second report shows all specification status data for each spec, including internal notes.

Purchasing Module

(These only apply if you have the Design/Purchasing version)

Orders

Fixed The "Purchase Order List" report was crashing on the last page due to a mis-coded label.

Expediting

New There is a new set of "Expediting Status List" reports, which aggregate all the information about shipping, receiving and tracking IDs into a single report, including the new shipping container field planned for the next version release. The older versions of these have been renamed as "Shipping Status" reports to reflect their more limited content.
