FF&EZ allows you to save repeating items of text that need to appear each time you print certain reports or documents. Access to the boilerplate editing window is via the Edit Boilerplate (or Edit Terms) button that will appear either under "Report Options" on the Print... command's Setup screen, or in the format options for documents such as purchase orders.Here are the basics: 

• If a report has this option, such as a price quote or a purchase order, each major type has its own shared boilerplate entry, including versions based on them that were created by saving preferred report options. However, if applicable, true custom reports usually have their own separate boilerplate text.
• Most reports that have the boilerplate option will share the same text among different sort order variations.  
• Once you enter boilerplate text, it will appear on that report format until you edit or clear the entry. 
• Some report formats have an additional boilerplate option, which most frequently appears as a longer "Terms and Conditions" section at the end of the report. If a second boilerplate is part of the format, a second editing button will appear, typically labeled Edit Terms.
• If you have the Design/Purchasing version, note that purchase orders also have a "Notes" field mention to add short comments to the header of the order. These entries are not saved after you exit the Orders List screen.
